Damn...

[quote=RomperStromper]This is the first year in 7 that I'm not going west for Xmas

always the way romper, there's a few good rides out that way...

you know when that Cheeky ATgreg fellow was wandering out to Condo last year i thought to myself "i could hook up some good dirt from Grenfell all the way to Condo"... maybe the stars are alining for all us Central West guys to come up with a decent route to Condo 750 for the crew.?

Sunny Bathurst here, ride mainly with Giddy Goanna mid week, mainly fire trail and single track, nothing shorter than 260k's a day. I take the boys on a few weekend rides when I get a chance. Happy to take anybody on a trip around if you want. I know a lot of the tracks around the area.

Aahh , the beautiful Central West ! Was brought up in Cowra and still have family living up there . I'll be spending Christmas in the lovely village of Wattamondara . Each time I ride up there I try and avoid the Great Western / Mid Westen Hwy . The best I can do is turn off at Cox's River Rd , Hartley and from there you can go all the way to Cowra on back roads , just crossing the highway once .
There is some excellent exploring to be done all over the Central West , my next ride plan is from Cowra , round the back of Wyangala Dam , thru Reids Flat , Bigga , across to near Taralga , Wombeyan , Mittagong and Sydney . I think there'e been a bit of rain around so country side should be looking nice - hope to do it before it gets too hot
cheers steve

Cowra, Wotomondra to Greenthorpe, Out to the Young Rd (pick up Trev), Bimbi, Quandialla, Caragabal, Wirrinya across the Highway and Back Mountain Rd into Condo...

or alternatively for a little more dirt from Grenfell on out through Bridgewater through to Pinnacle and Wirrinya is mostly dirt.

Whadya Reckon..?
