Ah Ha! I must have missed that beautiful picture. I enjoy following your quest for superior food and drink, coupled with fitting scenery. I'm afraid here in rural BC (Canada) we have plenty of the latter, but are only sporadically blessed with the former.

I do not think he can ever sell that bike... even if a new one comes along.

Just finished the whole thread....moving stuff, thank you.
Was thereabout in august 2010 visiting Portovenere and much less touristy Lerici, then moving up to Lago di Garda. Thanks to your thread will be there again in summer 2012.

I'll use this opportunity to say that we're all set to ride to Portugal in about two weeks. I've almost down with
a major walk-through on Bamsefar's internals, new lights are installed (ECE-87, like the new Audi's),
two phones are now connected (call me, any time :-), and a new SPOT has been thoroughly tested. When we
are ready for departure I'll post a link here, and you'll be able to follow us in Real Time. I hope this will
lure Portuguese (and French and Spanish) ADVriders to contact us so that we can have coffee. And lunch. And dinner.

I enclose a picture to demonstrate that sometimes having a GS is simply not enough.

Love this RR Tage, you made a couple of workdays way more interesting

Lots and lots of usefull tips and info in here, especially as i'll be spending 2 weeks in Italy comming july. Riding, camping and enjoying the culture, can't wait
