Not sure why but I want it.
I've seen quite a few of those out here, usually painted up in Frito-Lay regalia, and set up four hauling fifth wheels.

Doesn't appear to have a fifth wheel set up. Apparently it was used for transporting weed.

What are they going for out your way?

I haven't noticed any for sale, just sitting on corners of random properties. They seem like one of those things people buy on a whim, and have big plans for.

A good source for Cummins 6BT engines, or so I've heard.

I actually just drove by another one today, and it had a sign in the window, but I didn't have time to stop. I'll try to remember to stop tomorrow.

No worries.

I've seen 4BT conversions of F150s that make me go 'hmmm....'

When I was a young lad my father put a 3-53 Deeee-troit out of a Wonderbread truck into an F250. He rebuilt it first. Only 353 that never leaked. Or, so he was told by the experts. This was a hobby truck/daily ride of his. It was a screamer. Made sneaking in late at night a bit of a challenge.

Yeah, sure, ya betcha.
A Deutz air cooled diesel is very cool but everything but everything can get stuck. Rare in this case I think would mean you are on your own. Big price to pay for PE; and I have a 1977 U1000!

I need to swap out the Blackwater look and go back to a lifted stock. Tossed the wheels on my Coats 220 to do some tire changing today and learned that the stock MB alloy wheels can be a serious pig wrestling match. On wheel #2 I gave up and took 'em to a shop.

Wheel #1 took about an hour. More time if I count where horsing the tire around broke my machine from it's mounts.

Very nice! Is that an OM603 or OM606 engine?
