There is a show on Canadian TV called The Prairie Farm Report airs on Sundays. It is totally amazing to see what these Saskatchewan farmers can build in their shops during the winter. Particularly truck motor installs like a CAT in your pick up truck.

Really not much to tell. Just quit on the highway like one turned off the ignition.
Took the ride of shame - ![]() I was able to confirm something happened to the timing chain. Engine being rebuilt. Here is a photo provided by the rebuilder - ![]() 46k on the DII

1967 Ford... nice truck. I had one of those myself.
Way back when you could actually work on the engine.

My DII has been in today for a new ABS Shuttle valve. I was getting the occasional ABS,TCS,HDC warning lights whilst driving. Apparently this is a common problem. It would go away after being parked and turned off for a while. It was plugged in and Thats what the fault code was apparently.

Nope, had one in my D90 and mostly hated it. Did like the power. Did not like the noise, smell and tendency to be hard to start at the most needed times (very cold).
Ha! I'm not that crazy yet. The DII was virtually new. Looked new, ran like new, smelled new and then… ![]() I am starting to lose it. After driving this old F100 part of me wants to sell the Rover and buy one of these or these (almost had a Niva the other day). Hell, I ride about 85% of the time anyway… ![]()

Niva on eBay
I had him send me better pictures and I was going to sleep on it. Next morning I checked auction before I called - ended with buy it now. I emailed him to confirm. Slipped away.
