OBM, Now you know the "fat ones" have their advantages. Such as heat in the winter and shade in the summer.

You have a point; but this one is a nasty ass whiner too.

I made that post before I actually had any evidence; but when Barbie came home, I asked her who complained. "The fat whiney bitch."

Barb said the woman was just looking for an excuse for her poor riding skills. Seems the woman dropped the bike repeatedly and had an excuse for everything she did wrong.

All those years in the classroom gave me a pretty good radar for trouble.

The instructors should have put her on a bike that did not have a stepped seat. I could tell that the bike was not proper for her. She kept trying to slide forward and back...she could not get a good riding position.

The guy with the beard rides a Goldwing. The short guy rides a Harley. Her ass would have fit in an old single "cop seat" that they used to run on the Harleys the police used.

Not disputing she was any of the things you described but from my observation, she could not find a comfortable riding position because of the stepped seat on the cruiser type suzuki intruder she was riding. I would be willing to bet that each student was asked what type of bike they had or intended to buy and she said cruiser so she was put on the intruder which did not help her skills.

The Honda Barbie was on seemed to fit her rather well.

The set-up is similar to your airhead. Good choice for the class.

I have had my share of Hondas; most were dirt bikes. I borrowed one of the early 750s once for a trip to NYC....great bike. I am sure yours is even nicer. After all there has been progress.

The new head came for Barbie's /6 today. All I am waiting on now are the gaskets.

Now the hunters have taken their guns and tobacco stained orange vests home, I took a ride in the swamp today. I did 60 dirt miles, all east of hwy 211 and never crossed my own track. Nice 2 hours loop. When are any of you FF's gonna come ride? I'm working this weekend, going to the ATL bike show next weekend, but the next one, I'm free.
Some pics to temp you all.

Clean(ish) bike

Fun trails

R100 territory

Looks like that bike was overkill for those roads...lol. I think I can make it on my R100; just take off the side cases.

Glad you are enjoying this weather. Nice scenery.

Right OBMWM, most of the ride could be done easily on Tourance/Anakee type street tires. There were a few areas of mud and deeper sand that could prove more difficult, but I was more concerned with getting through upright than taking pics

Remember WARDS, its only 15 minutes from downtown Wilmington.
