Small, only visible when the seat's open.
Last week I removed all decals (except the factory ones) from the VFR but did not even consider removing the FNG memorial decal that is under the windscreen. It'll always be there. It's hard to believe it's been nearly 10 years... Who had those made and are there any left?

I think the guys at Motorcyclist made them. They're just Avery labels, I think.

And thanks, Phil.

Got the fairing lined up properly today. Put the original mirrors back on until I can figure out which one to order for the left side. Swapped the spacer on the back and it doesn't rub a bit.

I think I'm going to ride it down to Mt. View tomorrow to help a friend adjust the valves on his GS.

So we can expect more pictures out on the road, then?

Dave,

I have looked and looked and so far have come up empty handed on the FNG Decal front. I will continue to look cause I was pretty damn sure that I did have some left.

Sorry, PhacK

Found The Stickahs!!!

Dave,

Well I KNEW that I had some brandy new unblemished copies of the FNG Memorial stickah and I found them this morning! I will get one in the mail to you as soon as I get back from Barber. I also have one for Steve as he asked for one also. And I will have 1 left for me. Kinda nice...

I suggest you put a layer of clear plastic over yours when you put it on the bike, as they are not the highest quality.

Sure are nice to have though...

Long Live the FNG!!!

PhacK

Looks sweeeet, Dave.

That 120 rear tire looks hugemongous I didn't realize...I've been running a 120 for years, perceived better handling (!), dig the Dunlop GT501 BUT I'm ready to go back to a 4 inch, I'm not a Metzeler fan so it'll be Avon or something else.

Like to meet up with ya for a West Marin ride!

Thumb Awesome!

Thanks for sharing Kabsa. A pleasure to follow along, in fact, I'll do my first refreshing of a bike (in 14 years) myself this winter. Thanks for the inspiration!

Thanks! I'm starting to work through some of the miscellaneous fasteners and stuff, replacing some of the worn stuff a bit at a time.

Very nice! I'm currently fixing-up a new-to-me 100S now. Hope it comes out as nice as yours.

Question -- on tires, can I go tubeless on those rims?

I wouldn't, for two reasons. One, they're pretty porous, but more importantly, they don't have rim locks to hold the tire on if they go flat. I run tubes, as specified.
