on that bmw ww2 sidcar rig theres a handheld burner thing attached to the side of the hack body- is that to heat up the oil pan for extreme cold weather starting?
i was told of such a thing but hadnt seen it before... |

This is an oldie but a goodie. We used the assend of a Suz TM100, welded up the hack using black pipe, bolted it to a Yam RT-1 360 with heim joints to adjust the toe-in, lean, etc. Raced NETRA sidehack enduros, back when they had such things. Even placed 2nd, once - out of a field of 8 hacks....I still pull it out once in a while.
