During the trip I wrote in this thread I didn't visited National Parks by motorbike, as in Botswana it was forgotten. In Zambia we couldn't reach the Kafue, but I don't think it was possible to look for wildlife on moto, and I don't think it is so wise. We crossed some elephants and monkeys on the road, but this can happen.
The only road I know you can ride by motorbike in a NP in Botswana is on the northern side of the Chobe, to cross the park but, as far as I know, when you enter the ranger calls the check point on the other side of the road so that they wait for you. You can't spend your time to go around (the source of the info is this forum, or the HUBB).
