Wilbur and I went for a ride today. It was about 32 degrees when we left this morning. He had 2 dog sweaters on to stay warm. We might have over done it though because he was panting half way there. I have some Doggles on the way.

This little girl was riding with her Grandpa. I thought Wilbur was a goner Every time we stopped she would come over and pet him.

Wilbur just hanging out.

Fun stuff

Ara, those water can mounts are way cool. Do you have a source for those?

Those are actually for fuel as they are not coated for water. They are "NATO" cans. They stop their sales in January in this country!!! They do no meet I don't know what requirements! Such a shame as they came with the mounts which are very solid unlike the URAL mounts which I had to have welded every 3 months. Do a search, you never know, someone might be bypassing that... law! They are 2.5G each which gives me a bit over 10G of fuel. I carry a 5G water cont. with spiket (those blue square jobs) in the nose + 1G in the trunk.

Might want to try "Dauntless" in Seatlle?

Be well... Ara & Spirit

Got to wondering; Do your dogs crawl into the nose to escape direct sunlight, you have a rag-top, or they just don't seem to mind?

Hey Uncle Ernie... long time! I remember you helping me out quite a bit when I first got the hack!!! Wow... a few years.
I have a red tarp that goes over it with 4 velcro straps on each front and rear that loops through the racks. I will try to find or take a photo. Was made for when we are parked, one day I decided to ride with it... faster and faster... it is holding well!
