Got this put back together the other day after being in bits in the apartment for about 15 years.............. quite a slow work in progress!

Had a ride round a car park a few times & scared myself with the awesome power, or was that the brakes












So for a bit of fun anyone care to guess what would have been written on the chrome with painted side panels tank when it was new? & what year?

To be fair it's a difficult one as there were lots of different British makes using Villiers engines when this was on the road.

Right after going for a little trip though a puddle(Wasn't a puddle, it was a trench in the ground carved out by either a Jeep or an ATV spinning out) going around 40mph. I hit it, bike rapidly decelerated and got stuck, water got sucked into the engine somehow. Managed to clear out most of the water, kicked it over(Took a while, needed some gas) and road back to camp.

Nope.

But I'm half expecting someone from Australia to i.d it, strangely though it was made in England I'm told there are more surviving bikes in Oz than the UK.
