Question San Angelo TX Riders?

Just coming down from the Great White North, Anchorage, AK and was hoping to find some rides and nice folks to ride with. Anybody out there? Any good rides/trails in Central TX?

Welcome, bet you been lovin the weather here lately over home sweet home . You are on the cusp of some of the best riding tx has to offer, which aint a whole lot.

Just head south to junction, then 377 to rock springs to get you in the thick of them. Hwys 55, 335, 336 and 337 (the 3 sisters) are great roads. There are also a few decent dirt roads in the area. Maps.google.com is your friend on finding the out of the way places. How long are you down for?

I do believe there are a few inmates in the AO, hopefully they will chime in.

Best,

Sweet, thanks for the info, I'll be around for about 9 months, then back to AK.

What Eric said

If you decide to head for the area Eric suggested gimme a shout by PM - I live south of Kerrville and routinely ride the roads in the area - be happy to meet up for a ride with you
