I am looking forward to hearing how you fare on a long trip on the FZ1 after coming from a big touring bike. Keep us posted. Nice looking bike BTW, sort of what I am looking for, either that or a Bandit.

Hey, Off the Grid, how does the 19" Rifle work for you? Is there much buffeting? I have a National Cycle streetshield ex on my gen1, mounted on the bars behind the stock screen. Looks a little different, but I can cruise at 100+ with my faceshield up and sunglasses on!

Up till 50 the screen is awesome, but at highway speeds there is significant buffeting.

I wear earplugs which help with it.

Although the winter is finally over and summer is heavily on its way - here are some pics from two months ago. The guards really worked excellent!
