Birmingham, AL at the Barber's Motorsports facility. This weekend. Usually the 2nd weekend in October ever year. It's a must attend for any older motorcycle nuthead (like yours truly).

The special "YEA" graphics were a big hit when I came back to the camp ground to retrieve my stuff

Definitely looks a blast to ride. Impressed it still came with the KTM bag with all the manuals. Those things usually vanish.

And, looking at it, looks like yer handlebars may need replacing. The cross bar looks like a saggy rack.

RE: the "YEA" graphics--it'll be interesting to see how long The Dealer keeps those.

RE: a blast to ride--YEA VERILY. I've ridden a KTM 300 once before, it made an impression on me. I mighta done an unintentional wheelie or two.

RE: saggy rack--comment withheld. For the children, ya know.

I have a set of bars at the house- ProTaper 1-1/8" ATV HIGH that I bought awhile back and never used. Still new in the box.
Don't ASSUME it's a blast to ride

Just got back from street riding in the NC/GA/TN/SC montains today, just got this. I'd love to have the 50T if you still have it. Do you still have that DR 350?

Just got in from the left coast.... I'll look tomorrow but I'm almost sure it was a 50t I have. No button on the two smoke, but the DRjr is still here and is equipped with the non-leg starter option

I used to go every year, but quit going because of some of the crap I'd haul back. The apex of this insanity was when this son of a bitch showed up on my trailer, with an extra NOS cosmoline-encrusted 'core engine' in my trunk. 2006, I think. I did sell it at a slight gain (figuring my get-it-running labor at $0.14/hr) Found, much to my surprise, that there's a dude -- a blood sucking, widow-porking lawyer -- in Alabama who specializes in rotary bikes: RE5, Hercules, and fukkin' Nortons. On another occasion, I didn't buy this other son of a bitch, but it did wind up in my shop (via Barber's) where I got it running gratis for RTWdoug.
