In your mind, how do you justify each of the bikes? Whenever I pick another bike, I try to envision a ride I would go on where that particular bike would be better suited than any of the others. In my case: the S2 is the sporty, vintage-feeling one, the S3 is the sport tourer, the S1W is the stripped naked bike with a 'tude, the Westwind is the "WTF is that" bike for special events, the ZX11 is the velvet sledgehammer (long distance sport touring), GS/PD for long distance stuff that might include dirt roads, Cagiva Elefant 650 for 300-500 mile days that might include dirt roads but, don't want to hammer the GS, the Elefant 900 for rough pavement day-rides, 620 Adventure for local fire roads and pavement carving, the 640 Adventure for Death Valley (knobbies and high-pipe), ATK setup for B2V, ATK setup for just general play riding--OK--I'm starting to run out of excuses and there are still a bunch more sitting here.

How do you resolve that in your brain...or have you just given up and just buy them "because"?

LOve you taste in cars. If you gotta cage, a V70 is a nice choice.

The Volvo belonged to the guy selling the Buell. Our driveway's got a Mazda pickup (Ford Ranger) and Toyota Highlander (that's made me a huge fan).

An old riding buddy gave this to me for Christmas.

I like the R90S.

Haven't been a member of the BMW Motorcycle Club of Ontario for a very long time, but still have friends in the group.

Thanks, Paul.

The tank and seat unit on that Buell reminds me of the Vetter design of the Triumph Hurricane.

Hi, Jenna. Happy New Year to you, too.

Yes, I'm aware of Trevor's situation. Was hoping the sig-line might help others know of his struggles.

Since I first saw it, Trevor's video has been one of my favourite things on ADV.

Click on the link. Watch the video and read the thread!
