Yep. Honeymoon forever.
My wife just asked me tonight, after I got off the phone with CJ...... "So when are you getting AWD?" ....and I thought she wasn't paying attention ![]() What's that last pic above? A FrankenDuke? ![]() Holeeeee shimoleeee. If KTM failed today, this fugger would keep these bikes revolutionary for the next decade, at least

Thanks for the offer.
At this time we plan to ship the bike to Germany. Head south from there and loop east. Check out the KTM factory this trip. See if they need any help....... ![]() We plan to leave the bike there so we can head north next year.

Hey CJ,
Great pics. Only 2 questions this time; 1. What front disc are you running there? Seems pretty big - caliper mods or just the mounting, 2. Whats with the foot peg???

1) Its a 320mm rotor. Custom CJD prototype brake caliper hanger for stock caliper and pads. Working a dual setup that will be a bolt on.
2) The CJD pegs are designed to brake free when too much force is applied in a crash so damage to frame does not occur. Basically, Crash TESTing proved it works. Someone has to do it. ![]() I put a new bolt in after my crash on Cliffhanger and was good to ride home. No frame damage. This pics was after the climb and before repairs I guess.

Thanks Craig
Curious but with a 320 is there a need for duals? Lotta brake on that disc

A single 300 is more than enough for the dirt, not enough for me with gear and 2-up use.
A single 320 is nice when loaded up with gear on pavement or 2-up. Dual 320 should be plenty for the street rider ADV user with gear and 2-up. Way overkill IMO on the dirt. All depends on the needs of the rider. If I'm going to make left side single mounts, it's and easy image flip to have the right. ;)

Tank Developement?
CJ,
You're always up to something, which is great for us 9xx KTM'ers. Any further thoughts, plans, on non-safari, tanks? Looking back at this...."t was a great learning process and we might offer something in the future but currently Aqualine is the most cost effective way to add range of this kind. The best things that these offer is NO warpage and OEM width, w/ 13 gallon range when need be. Plus there were 2 lbs lighter than the Aqualines. I do run Crash guards w/ them though as I always have in the past w/ the Aqualines too. I'm really liking the A990 bags to keep all my winch stuff handy. Taking what we've learned this season and 30,000 miles, we might try and make a 9-10 gallon test version this winter. Thin as stock, lighter and easier to build. elron

Not at this time. One off sets cost way to much time to make. Safari's are at least 1/2 the price. But if you're serious, email me.
