Excellent, can't wait to see it fitted. How much fuel does it carry?

Ned,

It's been 7 hours already! Don't you have it mounted up with lots of pictures yet??

Seriously though, I think it is going to be THE product for SE owners, or at least those who like to go more than 100 miles...

I poured in about 2.2 gallons (measured from the side of a fuel can, not at a pump, but it's clearly well over 2 gallons which was our minimum spec).

Test fit went great. It looks the business, mounts very solid, and has good clearance to everything.

Firm timeline and pricing soon to come! The tanks are being made overseas, and preorders will be brought in airfreight for the quickest possible fullfillment. It's too expensive to do for all of the tanks, though, so there'll be a gap between people who preorder and get one on the plane, and people who post order and it comes on a boat.

In any case, here it is mounted on an SE:

Neduro,

For some reason, I was under the impression that the tank was designed to fit the SE and the Adventure? Could you clarify that?

It 100% is designed for both the ADV and SE. I own an SE, have to borrow an ADV, so that fitment will come 2nd.

Where were you planning on putting your exhaust? My guess is that after deigning the 2-1 Ned's had it with exhaust re-routing...

rear gas tank

The rear gas tank looks great.
I made mine of Carbon Fiber, and I like to make more for other bikes.
Let me know if I can help
belausteguil@umkc.edu
Here is a pick of the bike.
How do you post more than one image? I better stick to carbon fiber
