An update: The first 20 tanks have arrived.

I even have some nice photos for everyone to see:

I have missed so many deadlines that I set for myself on this project, which is not my usual style, that I decided not to accept any formal orders until I am 100% satisfied with the fit, mounting, brackets, etc. That should be very soon, (next week, with any luck) but it is not yet.

Everyone that I've corresponded with about a tank, don't worry, you are on the list and one of these is reserved with your name on it. There are still a few left.

So, a very little bit more patience and we'll actually be there with this project- my apologies for the delays which from where I sit, have crossed into the absurd.

It can be used on FI Bikes- it will go into the crossover tube between the two tank lobes and essentially refill the front tanks as their level drops below that of the rear tank.

+1 I've already got my 2-1 exhausts and it's headed out for Jet-Hot coating and then maybe another re-jet.

I'm looking forward to your tank.

Sadly, I don't know how to accomplish that. I designed it around the standard KTM acerbis cap they used until about 05 on their dirtbikes, no idea if someone makes a locking variant but if they did it ought to fit.

Thanks for the feedback, all, and you can expect another update this weekend.

I think that's bigger than the threads on this cap, but I'm not positive.
