Tom; is my trailer needed?

If we need my trailer I need to know today. I have got to make plans to access and offload the monster bike. I also need to make fender repairs. We also need to finalize the breakfast menu. Please give me a call today. Steve.

Are there any firepits? If so, I'll bring in some firewood. Any food hauling requests-let me know also.

Any thoughts on how much territory we might cover on the ride?
I have a 4.3 gal on the XR but can carry some small back up.

What kind of miles do you get per tank on your xr650? I will be riding my cr250 with a desert tank 3.5 or 3.8 gln. B4 I rejetted the bike I was getting about 70 miles per tank. I dont know what the new jetting will get me. Ben

Should be able to make close to 180 miles on tank. I carry two 33 oz MSR
fuel bottles when needed.

Fire rings at Afton campground

Ramjet; there are fire rings at the campground. Tom is bringing wood and perhaps his home grown portable fire ring. Burning allowed in campground only. Steve.

Steve-
Sorry for the slow response. I think we're ok w/ my truck and 3-rail trailer. After seeing the post about "Soda Dry Lake Bed" I'm getting pumped!
