You know you're a KLR owner when...

You have a post "The 10 Phases of KLR Ownership" that is mandatory reading for all KLR owners...

Everybody else in your subdivision moved out when lava consumed half of the houses and closed off all of the roads and your CBOA ass decides to open a B&B...

He was on TV the other night, couldn't figure out why his guests only came for lunch and didn't want to spend the night. Something to do with the flow re-entering the subdivision I suppose...

Hey, at least the first KLR used a proper turn signal. Good stuff

You know you're a KLR rider when you replace a missing cotter pin with a toothpick flosser, but only AFTER you use it first.

When you finally grow up enough to know how much you spend and the image is not as important as just getting out riding.

Oh yeah, duct tape and baling wire in your tool kit is a good sign too.

Jack Thompson's B&B...

I flew over it in a helicopter just a few weeks ago...

It wasn't that the place was still threatened with more more flows back when we flew over, it's just that the previous one cut off all access. 'Course the new flows might change even that! The locals love to talk about him and his little place.
