Talking leading links

pezz have you considered using a design like the original earles fork type on the r60/69 bm? truly robust , and built by engineers. the one on my outfit has been on a few different ones and is as good as the days it was made. i will try to get the mount back to you friday morning. sorry it has taken so long, but my mums in hospital and things are a bit fraught at the moment.

Curious about the chrome if that is what it is. Google 'hydrogen imbrittlement'.

Is this a picture of what you were looking for?
Yeah, thanks Claude.

Note the system made by MotoWig is a single sided swingarm design that utlizes a rear paralever swingarm.(upper right)

The single sided swingarm leading link we built (bottom left) worked well but I was not happy with the pivot bearing design I used. It has an adjustble trail feature on it.
The thing is on hold right now due to work load etc. Once we get back on it we may put it on Sgt. Brown's K Monster or my R100R rig..not sure yet. It was first tried on a R100GS rig.

Future,
that is a fabulous site. The last two gallery pics - the Tiger and the 1150GS just makes me jealous.
BUT THE BASTARDS ARE ALL ON THE WRONG SIDE!!!!!

Pezz,
I just 'remembered' that my dampers are all Bilstein. Leigh got them from Melbourne.
Maybe I should get a Bilstein sticker for the bike, at least then I could remind myself.
