Looking for info on Earles Fork Disk brake conversions

I've got an R69s w/ Earles front forks & am considering a disk brake conversion for the front. Does anybody know who does them and approx how much it costs, or what parts I have to scrounge ?

I've heard Boxerworks does it, but there's not much info on their site right now, since it's "Under Construction".

Anybody know who else sells kits, or makes the mod, or portions thereof ?

Thanks !
