FWIW, Rustic Road No. 111 is nicely signed as well.

RR 8 isn't. It has rustic road signs, but I couldn't find one with a number on it. I definitely rode all round it. Took piccies of the street signs as proof.

Anyway, knocked out 24 Rustic Roads this weekend.

62, 58, 38, 59, 60, 34, 74, 32, 97, 44, 8, 40, 77, 9, 7, 16, 46, 53, 61, 23, 24, 57, 17 and 47.

Yay!

Quite a fun way to spend the weekend really.

Did you know that it's only 2700 miles to do them all? That's like a long weekend...

Too long of a weekend for me. I'm not into that uber long distance stuff, I prefer ambling around looking at the pretty flowers and eating too much in cafes.

How many miles to do them in order, 1 through 111?

Do that, then I'll consider being impressed. Do it in a weekend, and I'll even raise an eyebrow, in the style of Roger Moore as James Bond.

I did all that existed a couple of years ago. Did it in one summer with multiple rides. I think I put on near to 5K miles getting to them in that fashion. Fun summer.

Crap! I better get busy again, now that Stu has passed up my total count to date with his last outing. I'll take that GPS routing you just made this past weekend please?

I can do that.

You could also come on the next hunting weekend, if'n ya want. Planning an excursion to south east Wisconsin to snag a crap load of them pesky evasive RR's at some point this year. Prolly make it a 3 day trip.

Then again there are a few that are in snagging distance from Monkey Creek, too. That may well form the basis of a weekend hunt too.

Like C Squared says, it is a fun way to come up with some riding to do..

18,534 miles to do them in order. I think you would ride the I94 corridor like 30+ times. Yeah... even I'm not that stupid.

How about if you don't ride the I94 corridor? Because that road is quite boring.

I posted an updated Rustic Road file in the "Making Tracks" section, which is a gpx file containing all 111 rustic roads.

Rustic Road thread

I can send you the actual route I took this past weekend if you wish.

What program is that file? Streets and Trips won't open it.

It should be a generic .gpx file that most GPS software can open. I can email the file in a different format to anyone who wants it. ADVrider only supports .gpx format.
