Odd and crusty... soon to be history as the TCK's may be on my doorstep right now!

**edit** found it...

http://www.sjbmw.com/parts.asp?searc...=Frame/Chassis

Part No. 125-B7
Fork Brace - Tubular

This sturdy tubular steel fork brace holds fork tubes in precise alignment and exerts a self-aligning torque as cornering forces increase. Provides smoother fork action, sharper steering response and more stable, predictable handling. Fits most Airhead twins from 74-80. Direct bolt on for all with "S" style fender, other fenders may require some drilling.
Notes: OUT OF STOCK
GOTTA HAVE ONE?? -- http://www.ibmwr.org/market/adlist.php?cat=aas WELL, ALMOST LIKE IT..

Yup, that tank needs a good clean.

BTW, I've managed to wrangle up some Montana ADVriders for a Sunday ride, so, yeah ...

'Tis a good thing!

probably this weekend, i'll be doing the 4 stage re-lining of my tank.

1 - muriatic acid
2 - acetone for cleaning and prep
3 - por15
4 - dress my wounds and acid burns and have a beer.

Did that with a pair of jeans while working at an auto parts store when i was in high school. Made a great story about a girl's dad chasing me off with a shotgun

I called two places in the US that said "NLA"... so I went to my super-secret backup sourde for anything acerbis.......

www.gnarlyparts.com up in Vancouver, CA.... he had 'em in stock. That's were I buy the high fender and brace as well.

He can get anything from the Acerbis cat direct from the factory (including the Acerbis/HPN/Touratech tank

good solution for the crummy G/S front turn signals no?
