I think I paid 15 bucks shipped.

Hope that explains it.
Thanks for the link! I did the whole thing in German (all I know about German I learned from Hogan's Heroes )...so I THINK I ordered one.

I'm headed over to the local NAPA today (and perhaps Shucks) to see if they have anything...

Another update for any G/S owners who may be looking... I email Tim at Happy Trails. Turns out that they did make panniers for G/S's, but after getting some feedback from some buyers that the racks did not fit well, they quick making 'em, and Tim was dissapointed.

I asked if I could buy a set anyway, and he said sure, but no guarantees... so I went for a set of "raw" bags, 7.5" and 9". I'll post pix whenever I get 'em and get them on the bike.

These were quite a bit less than the alternative offered by Moto-Sport.

No luck at NAPA, they did have electronic relays for this purpose but they were huge!. The guy selling on eBay Germany is based in the UK... I sent him an email,

Hey Stephen, you didn't say if the new relay fixed the hyperflash, or is it fits well into the stock location?

All the above: it fits the location, but you have to change over + and - as it is reversed. Don't have hyperflashing just hyperventilation when I am going too fast and the air can't follow!

Here is one that is a little easier to read, at least for me.

A quick google search for the SKU: 002510-056 popped some stuff up too.

Hopefully my signals will be slow now!

Be sure to mount them high - higher than you think. I mounted some a while back and the left side scraped on the lower front edge leaned over - it sticks out there quite a ways.

If you could get them to bevel the outer edge like Jesse's you'd have it made.

You mean you just flip it over? Wouldnt that screw up the location of the third pin?

The third pin is the between the two, so swapping doesn't upset that. Check your wiring diagram though, your realis socket might be wired differently.

center pin: load (indicators) "L"
31: ground "E"
49: 12V supply "B"
