Ok people, place your bets. Place youuuuuur bets on the first aquatic or land-dwelling animal for this new look to be named after.

Zebra Gordita?

The Black Bulge? (just stop right there...)

The Dirty Hippo?

Bubonic Plague?

PS, it looks slightly less classy, but tougher with that black tank. More mad-max ready for battle style.

Nah, it needs to be matt black for MadMax ... and dented:

Wait until I have the seat cut back and my Paris-Dakar tank back on next season! But maybe I won't, I do like it that way!

So, the deal is I always wanted a white bike... and always hated black...... So I gotta do something about the black tank now.

Anyone have a "natural" or white HPN/TT tank they want to trade for black? I'll throw in the tank bag

Otherwise the plan is to make a white tank cover... kinda like the one on this bike below, but in white!

You can't paint it? I knew there were different kinds of plastic/poly/fiberglass/etc and some could be painted and some couldn't...

Is this the non-paintable type?

What about covering it with white vinyl?

This one is a painted, non-paintable type... the vinyl idea has merit...

Road-ready... kinda a stealth mode perhaps.... I'm starting to like the black a bit more as well...

The bike feels much different than riding with the Heinrich, I think I got back about 2"+ of seat as the Heinrich perches over the front of the seat...

C'mon solo. Admit it. Each step you take brings you closer to riding a bike like mine...it's ok.

First it was the g/s...ok, I understand that.

Next it was the panniers...fair enough.

Take off the side cover...good idea.

Now its the tank color, too? Whats next? Looking for some new forks?

That, my friend, is proper Telemark Skiing position. I was envious of the tracks on the slope behind me.

Stealth G/S's RULE!

BTW--get yourself a black acerbis front fender from gnarlyparts--then you'll be good to go! Except for the handguards, that is.

Perhaps this is the look you're going for:
