Source for 171?

My pump is dead and I want to install the Facet 40171 but am having trouble finding it. Can anyone direct me to a definitive online source or local in-stock carrier?

Thanks,
Mike

I use these guys:
Aircraft Spruce
The pump isn't always in their catalog, but just give 'em a call and they will send the 40171 out. I've always had real good service with these folks. They're big suppliers of the experimental aircraft community.

I just now typed 40171 into their search and it came up ($44.30.)

Strange...

Must have been the OTHER Aircraft Spruce and Specialty that I tried on Friday who didn't have it!

Thanks, on its way...

100% Amazing!!!

Finished plumbing in the Facet fuel filter and 40171 pump last night.... turned the key... heard some clicking (A GOOD THING!).... allowed the pump to finished priming.... turned the motor over.... KABOOOOM!!!!

The sweet sound of that v-twin thumping away was music to my ears!!

I was limited to testing the bike in an underground parking garage.... some basic tests:
Rode around for 15mins - perfect
Blipped the throttle between 2000-5500rpm's for a little while - perfect
Did some hard pulls in 1st from low RPMS to ~6,000RPM - perfect
Start - restart - perfect

...awaiting a real world test, but I've heard nothing but good things thus far from everyone who's installed it.

IMHO...... DO IT!!!!!!!!!

About 3k on the 171 now. Zero problems. Best modification I've done to the bike. Evo slave is close second...

Pissed my only problem is getting it here

I have been waiting weeks for my 40171 to arrive.... how slow is the postal system in the US? I had a set of Woody's wheels sent over and they arrived at my door in 4 days from placing the order!!!!!!!! I have missed some great rides waiting on this pump to arrive in Australia...

Frustrated!!

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO - what a ride!"

My 40171 has worked flawlessly for many months now. I've had mine thoroughly submerged too, and still no problems.

Rebuilding the stock pump electrics is for the birds!
