The rear grab handles are removed for the seat extension. The seat is bolted into place using the grab handle bolt holes There is a rear bar that comes with the seat.

Yep. (they have started to lift the deck timbers in prep for major repairs.
Should be finnished by July.
Took a bunch of novices and older riders over last weekend. The newby's loved it.

Is that (slippery creek) on the gravel road between Kawhia and Raglan? I've been wondering about crossing that, but didn't want to chance it alone.

A guy I know went across that collapsed bridge with an RT. Has it become easier to cross it since? I want to go down that way to get to the CCA.

It's really quite a shallow / simple crossing which I managed to stuff up (not as badly as a certain triumph rider, mind) so you should be fine as long as you follow the car tracks.

I imagine there will be quite a herd of riders trundling that way to the CCA so you probably wouldn't drown before someone else turns up to get you out....
