KTM rally jacket...

O.K, I am NOT brand specific about things...in fact I usually steer well clear of buying gear with my bike brand on it...

but this just fitted me and my neck brace better than the Acerbis jacket...

and another...shows the removable neck section...I have to say it is one great fitting jacket....

and to the people who keep asking: no, I 'm not gonna lend it to you...go buy your own!

Hey that looks like what need since some Bastard broke into my car on the weekend while I was riding and stole most of my spare riding gear and bumbag full of tools ,approx $1800 in total.

Plus I need a new door on the crusier as they trashed it getting in.

Damn that's bad news Ray. Where was the cruiser parked?? That is why I like to ride to where I am going to ride. Bastard thieves, I usually think we are so lucky down here with that sort of thing, but times they are a changing.
Have you been getting in much time on the 450? Whats your feelings now that you have had a bit more time on it?
Let me know if you want to go for a ride on the weekend mate.

edit: nice jacket by the way Guy. I couldn't wear one of those though mate, my dog would rip me to pieces, he has an extreme hatred of anyone in fluro coloured jackets since our old postman used to taunt him for years by shaking the feck out of our gate everytime he delivered the mail... funny as hell when you see roadworkers leap out of there skin when a 40kg boxer nearly tips over the landcruiser as he bashes on the back window to eat the fluro vest! Been handy during rbt's though as the cops are way too scared to reach into the car with the breatheliser, "move along, you aren't the drunk we're looking for..."

Nice bit of gear, I was after one of those. Don't ride a KTM ,but use a Leatt . Did you order yours off the KTM Versand site ? and if so how long to deliver?

No, just gave Curtis a call at pro-rider. They did'nt have it in stock but were getting a few in I think...it arrived on the doorstep about 3 weeks after I spoke to him.

Well as far as I can tell, very good...but then again my Dri-Rider Jacket seemed pretty good when I got it and that was crap! I'll wear it out (when the temp goes to jacket weather) and we'll soon see...but I suspect most gear is a bit like Plasma tv's...pretty much made by the same couple of factories, regardless of the brand name on it...

They're a sexy piece of gear!
I ordered mine recently from prorider. Good people there, very friendly and no probs exchanging for incorrect size.

Actaully, a valid point...I should have put something on in regards to size...

me, 1179cm tall

weight, 73/4 kg

I got a medium...about a 40' inch chest was displayed for this size jacket.

I removed the foam armour that it came with (of course) and with my thor pressure suit its a great fit.

I found that the size is very similar to the dri-rider jackets.

it also has a fleece type inner liner...removable also.
