Dirt riding on a thursday I81 corridor

Check it out. Im headed from NY to Atlanta area on thursday, and I want to pack my dirt bike and ride somewhere close along the way. I plan to use I81, but could also go past greensboro NC or Asheville. Any dirt riding for a non-plated, non-spark arrested dirt bike around there?

I have tried to look on ThumperTalk, not many places open on a Thursday. I just want to ride, trails, mx, anything that will offer a couple hours of fun.

Help!

Taskers Gap, VA?

You'll need a pass (available at local area stores). It doesn't mention your spark arrestor issue either way, so call the ranger station prior to verify.

Moto Cove. gore, VA 30 minutes off i 81, its private so no sparky required, unlike national forest places like tasker's.

tomahawk mx park might be open and is off 81 somewhere

Cool. Fun place, not overly challenging, but a good place to ride. Go slow in the pits...

Tomahawk is about 5 min from my house. Off either exit 14 (back roads, not for larger trucks/trailers) or 16 in WV. PM me if you want good directions.

www.tomahawkmx.com - looks like they're open on Wed
