oh yeah

With all that wild Rhododendron on the left hillside, almost has to be FR13 coming from the blackwater falls side.

Fun stuff and great video!

Good eye on spoting the roads!

I've always refered to the northern road between Parsons and Thomas as Public Road 18 or Douglas Road. I beleive we are talking about the same road though.

I avoided PR 13 or Canyon Loop Raod yesterday (runs along the southern side of the Canyon.

Dang, Tom, that pain's going to linger a few days. Guess we won't see you at Seneca Rocks this weekend.

Here's to a speedy recovery.

[EDIT: You had better come up here and kick some butt. I showed the photos to the service dept. and one of the mechanics said, "That's nothin'. I've had worse scrapes than that on a bicycle wreck." ]

Actually.....
18 is called Canyon Rim Road and 13 is called Wilderness Loop Road. While you can call them anything you want; I call them (when linked with the Rt. 219 twisties) my commute

Thanks.

I typically use Microsoft Movie Maker. But the Go Pro HD records in MP4 format which Movie Maker doens't work work with.

Long story short, I used a program called Muvee. It's really good in blending video with another audio track.

Hey Neal,
Bet your boss doesn't like it when you get to the shop that late. No wonder you can't keep any help

Good to hear from you, first time I've seen you on this thread since I joined. Hope things are going well.

Was anyone riding in Marlinton WV last weekend? My wife and I were there for our aniversery (5yrs ) and I saw a pack of 4 or 5 dual sports head past my cabin. They spied the KTM but no one stopped to ask if I wanted to ride oh well. I had a descent ride, not as long as I'd like, but the wife doesn't have an iron butt yet. But the weather was wonderful, views incredible and riding was the best

I'm not stupid. I know how deep some of those can be. I bent the front wheel on my DR650 in one of those holes.

Not that front wheel. That was my e-bay replacement. I'm talking about a bashed in front wheel. I was glad there was a tube becuase the wheel wouldn't hold any air w/o it. Talk about a wobble. The thing felt like a jackhammer all the way home.

How's the DR working for you?
