Cool2 Weekend Plans

I'm going to ride the 950 to Snowshoe GNCC Saturday w/a lady friend on the back and check out the scene, chug a few beers and rub elbows with some of the Hardcore Racing gang.

It'll be along day no doubt but on that bike 150 mountain road miles back to Charleston at 1am is fun, not a long, dreaded ride through the darkness

...having (2) 55watt high-output HID headlights in the European headlight and (2) 75watt Hella's makes that decision really easy on the Worlds Best Adventure Motorcycle- it's like daylight wherever I go!

They're not on or the pic would just be a white rectangle

We may end up down towards Matewan Sunday, do so riding & go see Bill at the Blue Goose Inn & catch up with him over some drinks

Sunday night it'll be Mountain Stage @ The Cultural Center

iot's great to get a new water pump in your bike, and change the oil!!!

only to then have the plastic failure prone fuel fittings crack on you.

I'll consistently ride the tiger again....one day.

Heavy-hearted tonight after learning about a fatal accident that happened in an intersection in Barboursville late Friday evening. It involved a motorcyclist running a red light and hitting a turning vehicle. Has anyone else heard about the accident? I wasn't really sure if I should post anything about it (I don't know if the rider was an ADVer or anything like that, but with all the inmates here, I could easily miss people...), but felt that I just needed to.
I have further information than has been released in the news (was told by someone who had a VERY first hand...hand of sorts, in the accident) and may know the name of the motorcyclist who has passed.
Just want to see if it's alright first, and if anyone else wants info, tell/ask me...
Kind of at a loss right now with the information I have been told...

Have heard nothing about it, there have been quite a few accidents around home this summer.
