Really nice in there.

Groves Creek wasn't cooperating either. Can you make it through and on up Groves Creek when the water is down?

Yes you can go through, and once you get across that first creek crossing there is some pretty nice riding.

The elk was a little tamer this saturday.

View from the Rt4 side.

Couple views on the Groves Creek road

Here it is in light green, Paddy Ridge is in dark green.

Working on some dual sport connectors in my area.
Good riding, if you don't mind getting a little wet.

Thanks. That looks like a completely different place. I think I get the chance to run some on North of Glenville Friday and Saturday. I have to work in Moundsville Thursday.

Thanks again.

Some of you I'm sure will enjoy these pics. Missouri tags at a lunch stop in Beckley. I couldn't find the owner.

I almost cried, for a moment I remembered having young knees.

Talking Weekend trip on you tube this year.

My buddies and I took a trip earlier this year....we left from Weston, WV and went into Virginia. We rode 400 miles and about 80 to 85% was on dirt roads.....great trip which took us thru Palace Valley, Cumbrabrow, Snowshoe, Bald Knob, a virgin spruce forest above Durbin, Lake Buffalo, Spruce Knob, Germany Valley, Nelson Rocks, Sinks of Gandy, Canaan Loop, Blackwater Canyon, Parsons, Stuart Park, Rich Mountain etc....part one and look for part two without music.....great ride.....http://www.facebook.com/l.php?u=http...fe0f17ba471a8d

Look for part two unless this one bores you to death.....

Those are fantastic looking Pentons! I will show these pics to my friend at work, who restores Pentons in Athens, OH. He recently completed yet another Penton restoration, which I got to get a close look at in his garage a few weeks ago. Awesome stuff!

Finally A Post

I was waiting to make a monumentus entrance when the timing was just right.......or i just hadn't anything to say was to busy listening But since (in TWVT thread) to get what i want I must speak here I am

Been lurking for a couple weeks. My name is Mike and I'm from the huntington area. I do some back road around here (trying to learn more locations and always up for someone to ride w/of course) and some minor commuting. I ride a KTM 400 RXC, which I'm having a ball on. I am def very new, but with practice, reading, and most of all a very patient uncle (also an inmate) I'm learning.

Love ADVRider.com and have been getting great info off here. Can't wait to explore it more.

Gotta go
P.S. I'm infatuated with intoxicated smiley faces.........

Welcome to the nut house WVdyhrd.

Hey Denny, was that you this morning on your 250 going by my place? We are in north central Pa on way to rally race in NY. Beautiful day for a ride. Getting cooler the farther north we go.
