Been riding with Dad since I was in diapers, on a 305 scrambler, 74 H2 750 kaw.
Lots of dirt miles following his 400 husky too. I remember him putting sleeping bags on the front fender and ride with no destination in mind, we just rode. He's looking at buying a new bike I'm trying to lean him to a triumph scrambler(low seat height) He's around 5'6".
But yeah I know I am lucky there and I try to appreciate it.

just a good guess really. I've actually never been on that road. I need to get out more.

Sorry you guys can't make it over this weekend Mike. I'm only going to be able to make it down there Saturday afternoon thru Sunday. Fire Dept training on Sat morning. Neal and I talked about going to Laurel for the evening on Sat and then riding Sunday.

Guess I can check in now. I picked a new to me Vee on Sunday in Albany and rode it home. Hit a lot of good roads on the way and looking forward to hitting many more here at home. I live in Scott Depot and work in Charleston. Here's a couple pics from the ride home.

I have found that it is always good luck when it rains and/or snows when you get a new bike. Congrats.

I am going to the Eastern Rendezvous May 16-18. I have another ride scheduled July 4-12. Any weekend other than that should do for me.
