there is a campground in lake arrowhead on the east side of the lake by the hospital. ill get the name tomorrow or the next day.

lat/long is here and you can see it on google earth

haven't seen any bear up in big bear...but there's always a first time.

at dogwood, each campsite allows 8 campers but 2 vehicles (?); maybe more if motorcycle - 4?

maybe the simplest is everyone get his or her own site and share if possible.

I'll be camping and will reserve a tent campsite as soon as I get home. When I looked last night, I didn't see any group sites available on our date @ Dogwood.

Good news - barbieklr's new heart is running well! She didn't like the fact that our fisrt trip was to Zracing or that I was drooling over a 450EXC but she understood it was only to buy parts for the Yamaha.

Just to remind folks that the 18th is the Pismo Classic, I'll be up there riding the dunes and being part of California's motorcycle history I hope to see some of you up there.

I'm thinking of putting street tires on my bike and a paddle tire on a extra read wheel I got and riding up there with the tire on a rack on the back of the bike but it all depends still planing.
