Joel, thanks for the welcome.

My sorta real world gig demands that I put on the cycling and running shoes from time to time. I did a ton of cycling this year and a ton of work related travel and training camps for Ironman races in the US. My VStrom basically took me to the airport and back, that's about the only riding I've done.

I'm on the dime to do another Ironman next September but I have lots of time right now to moto...but no bike. Killin' me...

Ben; Husky is on my to-do list too. Don't know the double secret roads to take, but I'd tag along. Hope your bike starts first kick now.

Going to hit Death Valley next week (leave Wed. and return Sun.) w/ the infamous tmex. Any takers? Looks like he's got some great rides planned.

ok, we'd be stupid not to go ride the desert with all this rain falling ASAP. GREEN STICKER FRIENDLY LIKE CAL CITY OR DOVE SPRINGS. NAME THE DAY.

We could do a run Sunday....El Pasos.....Burro Schmidt area...then down to Randsburg...over to cuddleback for high speed trials then out to the Husky....all day fun...

let's figure something out. Burro schmitts to husky is a good ways. Jawbone to burrow schmitt, then down the ridge to the bottom of last chance canyon. Up last chance then cut back over the 14 towards dove springs. Lots of bug hills over that way.

Or park at the road that goes yo the monument, hit the monument, then randsburg fir lunch. Either way sounds good. I'd rather ride the wr thanthe dr out there. Lots of whoops out bybthe husky and freemont peak area.

Park at dove springs and just ride to jawbone can be just as fun. Carry less crap. Dove springs has lots to offer.
