the trail head is just 3 miles from glen helen. we rode up on palm ave. to get to mt. pike



c-dub, the clean air hog was already in front of the line...




here waiting for the rest that got caught at the light. meantime, traveltoad is doing a good job to stay visible for the others to see us




it was smooth at the bottom





here, the rider was sandbagging....letting a big bike passed him...




as usual, marty punking around with his 908



eric, too shy to show his ass, he took the kitchen duty

after 25 miles of dirt, we reached pavement




i'm too embarassed to park my dirty bike next to roger's....

we hopped on the 138 for a few miles to the next trail head





eric did a fine job in helping me direct the riders




fall colors made this ride pretty








jeff didn't get the part where jimmy taught us how to stand on the pegs...

You guys doing any riding in December? I'm game. Used to ride with the BMW of Ventura County guys, but they don't hold rides any more.

hi bruce, there's a great possibility we will have a ride. check out this thread, the ride normally varies. small bikes or big bikes. you could also check out the rowher flats breakfast club...they ride all the time.

if you can't make it, enjoy the ride reports.
