I own a KTM and Husky and both are fine bikes with equally impressive attributes and quality components!

I usually bag on Hondas for their terrible maintenance unfriendly layout, but my XRL is easy as cake to work on!

So, I'm fortunate to have a stable of bikes that are all easy to work on, have plentiful parts availability, and are optimized for what they were bought for!

so yeah, i'm recovering and not riding yet so i have a lot of time on my hands

but i was reminiscing that i met a few of you FF's EXACTLY 3 years ago.

I took a quick spin around Rowher today on the new 530. Lots of mud and puddles. Good turnout too - there were trucks all around the perimeter of the first staging area. The rangers were out in force today checking every vehicle coming in for spark arrestors, etc.





Looking forward to a n00bs desert skills weekend, whenever that can happen!

don't remember that ride and wasn't there. sito set that up, and that was the time when big bikes were the standard equipment....
