Here's a suggestion for you ffs going to McIvers cabin. After you come back out of Horse Cyn, at the water tank , take the trail north around the base of the mountain, and enter the next canyon to the north, Sage Cyn. Follow the trail to the end of the canyon about 4 miles. It's really worth the trip, a nice trail with 2 water crossings, beautiful Joshua trees and some really nice camp sites you can check out for future use. When you reach the end of the canyon trail, look up to your right and see the historic So Cal MC downhill.

I rode the So Cal MC District 37 races in the early 1970s and we came straight down from the McIvers cabin trail to the desert floor in one shot, about 2000' elevation change
Now it's all locked up in wilderness land

Shoei Hornet-DS for $368.00 at Chaparral

Just left Chaparral Motorsports and only paid 368.00 for a Shoei Hornet DS, they normally go for 512.00. Happy Fathers Day.

Just got back from the ride. A big thanks to Joel and my brother JAB! The guys were all great and McIver's cabin and the trial to it did not disappoint. Riding skill are coming along and I need summer gear. Thanks guys, Jason
