mike ,i filled the tank with about 7.5 gallons it was a little top heavy, u could feel the fuel sloshing a bit but managable .but the center of gravity was better with about 4 gal left than stock so happy i am,nice to ride and not worrie

Hey Noel

Have you heard about the foam that goes into fuel tanks to keep it from sloshing around? It's black so it makes it hard to see fuel level is the only bad thing I've heard about it.

I think there are several brands. Here is a write up on one:

7.5 gallons.........holy smoke, where are you going?

my 640A is almost 7 gallons and it looks huge

Have seen terrible things happen with fuel and foam on several different vehicles,all plastics deterrerate and when u see the after math it aint pritty ...no thanx
