Rowher/Rock Inn Ride

Just got back with Joel from a little loop through Rowher to Rock Inn. Great conditions, and a little wet/muddy in areas too. It was an interesting experience riding without knobbies in the slippery stuff, as I had on my Anakee 2's, but it got the job done.

Thanks Joel for waiting while I crept through the sloppy stuff!

gotta ride after the rain

still working of my tax return, and gf wants to celebrate her b-day.....hahaha but, i swear to myself that i will not stay home after a big rain. just love the traction and the absence of dust....and today, the condition was there.

obligatory gas price pic

out of nowhere, isaac showed up and we're still about 5 miles to the meeting point. what a coincidence!

then duy on his way to the shooting range, stopped to say hello; all you PPs, we need to do "ride to bear arms" sometime soon.

little T was pretty empty; great thing about this route, we get a good share of twisty pavement.

some dark clouds hovering above rowher, a little sprinkler too but short.

bob, that was right after the first right hair pin turn after crossing the concrete pad where the water crosses the trail. i was in the rut and tried to climb out and the rear wheel slid sideways.

Beautiful weekend for riding

Isaac and Joel, looks like we had similar rides yesterday. Perfect riding weather the past couple days. Stoked to be out there in the cool air with no one around. We went out towards Lake Mathews and putted around for a while yesterday. Mellow ride. Perfect dirt. Stoked. Glad you guys got out too.
