hi guys, glad i found this thread! haven't done any dirt riding yet but would like to get my feet wet.

Seeing as i cannot afford to buy a dirt bike right now, was thinking of finding a place in LA where i could rent one for the day while i try out some trails. Was thinking of starting a thread but didn't know where so thought i would be begin by asking you chaps?

Cheers

Made me think of this thread: http://advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=815254

How do you define 'a dirtbike'? Greensticker? Dualsport? Do you know where you want to ride? Are you a street rider? What do you ride? Did you just move here?

I know...I'm like a five year old, aren't I??

EDIT: Shameless plug....I've got one for sale! http://advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=827880
