Have you ever heard of shotgun photography?

Point in every direction and hope you get something.

But honestly, at the top of Saddleback yesterday, the views were incredible looking across and between the low heavy clouds and the lighter stretched out ones. Simply incredible.

....an amazing shot like this is usually a combination of skill and luck as any decent/good photographer will admit... this pic has good compositional sensibilities and a good eye,...really nice and there are some varying potent narratives here; Post battle scene, Last man standing, Descending the blah blah blah..those poles are like graves on the hill...eeerie! ...ok slap me already…BUT…

…this shot just bought me some more riding time with my girlfriend and to those who just can't wrap their heads around why I get back on a bike again...

thx for sharing Rob

Glad you like it Vern, and glad I could help with the extra riding time.

Honestly, being a dad of two small kids, 5 & 7, what happened yesterday in CT was very much on my mind while riding yesterday. Might've had something to do with why this atheist was looking for something to bring me back up.

I'm not much of a religious man either, but some things can be pretty intense anyway, like the magic of nature. Great pics, Rob.
