I'm in for that weekend. I want to get some more practice land-surfing on the sand
Also, there are some nice twisty roads in that area if you are so inclined (and have plated bikes)--Cerro Noreste and Mil Portero come to mind . . .

With Pacifico closed, how about continuing BPL across Aliso and AFH to Cheseboro Rd. There we could slab it the 2 miles up to Littlerock Dam for the best dam cheeseburger ever. Bail from there or reverse to Sito's then Lynx.

I am in tomorrow for whatever. 8:00am at 7-11?

I am interested in the hughes, liebre, sawmill - the trip that was mentioned earlier - but will ride around the Walmart parking lot if that's the consensus!

I'm still thinking it over, but if I ride I'd likely start in La Canada, go up Lynx and then out some version of BPL, Moody, etc., Santa Clara Divide, and then over to Bouquet Canyon and Hughes, Liebre, Sawmill, etc. Then slab it home or back to the Forest Hwy and back to La Canada.

That's a rough idea, but I'm still mulling it over. I'll check back in this evening. It would be a lot of miles.

So Pacifico is closed as of tomorrow? Or is tomorrow the last day?
Drat! Even if my back didn't mess up today - I still wouldn't have been able to go as I got a call to setup a phone interview just as I was leaving your place! Preparing for it now! :-)

By the way, if you believe the electronic sign at the start of Little T Canyon, It's closed to through traffic til late December as of a couple days ago. Anyone been up there in the last day or 2?

forgot about the LT closure...could go around by way of SCD - like WzlTech's idea - starting La Canada - and going lynx - SCD - Little T - and on!

Head count for tomorrow AM?

How many miles would you say it is Wzl?

I am trying to make it to the moonlight ride tonight up at NR 8pm but may not be able to wrangle out of some last minute plans that would keep me busy till at least 7:30.
If this is the case, I would shoot for tomorrow morning in La Canada (shell station?) I would just need to be back in Long Beach by 5pm for family plans.
I am also curious how many miles we would be doing. I am such a PITA NOOB
