That is the Arrowhead water I was drinking just as TT handed me a Modelo.

Re-read: never said the beer was in my hand. A lot of time passed between that bottle of water and when that lazy ass DR crawled out of his lair

I'll admit to rushing out and buying a Leatt brace. Shortly after, there were 3 broken backs (thoracic region) w/ racers in my circle wearing the brace.
I got rid of mine shortly after.
I'm in no way being critical of your personal decisions, but hope you guys keep up on any further research w/ Leatt and similar devices.
I'm not looking for a debate, just pointing out what I have seen. The same could be said re: knee braces. Something has to give. If I could choose, I would take a broken collarbone or a wasted knee over a broken back or femur.

Ride safe!

hey johnny good to see ya lurkin about,I think i would rather have broken anything else than my neck,8 months in the hospital rehab and all the other shit,if they had these kind of braces in the early 90's probably would have saved countless injuries.Your friends are walking right then the brace did its job.

Yup, I decided against wearing wrist braces when I snowboard for reasons similar.. everyone that biffed & was using them, broke bones just above or below where the brace was!
