all day, breakfast, lunch, should be home by dinner time.

for la residents...we meet at roxford at 7am, gas up while waiting for the rest. we'll give the sleepy heads 5 minutes before we get on the 5.

if you don't post, we will not wait for you neither have a reservation for breakfast.

i'll get a headcount by thursday pm, and call the restaurant in the next morning.

pm me if you need my cell phone no.

hey trid, the 210 is after roxford going north. you have to come down on the 5s in order for you to get to the meeting place.

Sounds like a good price! Does anyone know how the 90/90--21" tires work on bikes with Factory Spec 80/100--21" wheels?
yes it will, but your speedo have to be reprogrammed, or leave it alone.

just try to get a feel how many will be interested here before i open a thread elsewhere. for instance, a $75 606s, we may able to get them for $55. the bigger the volume, the better price we can get them. also not a bad idea to stock up on tires, especially for you 908s destroyers.....
Hell yeah!

From Carrizo to Pozo is about 80% dirt!

This sounds great, but isn't Pozo near San Luis Obispo? If so, what about making it an overnighter? Any cheap motels over there??

This is a mellow ride, open to all big bikes ...

Those who are on a small bikes, you may trailer or truck the bikes and meet us at a place near the entrance to the park.

Here's the plan.

1. LA riders meet at Roxford off the FW5 @ 7:00AM
2. Pick up the riders from Ventura and Simi at E. Harvard and 10th St (Santa Paula) @ 7:40 AM

3. Breakfast in Ojai @ 8:30AM at Emporium Cafe

4. Ride up on north on HW33 @ 9:30AM
5. Carrizo @ 11:00AM.
6. Explore Soda Lake route
7. Lunch at La Salza @ 1:00PM

8. Explore Elkhorn Grade Route
9. Camp at Selby (optional)
this is the plan (i think)

Pozo is only 26 miles of smooth dirt from Carrizo or 1 hour of riding for many, maybe half hour for yz and nw...
.................................................. ......
any more interested on tires mass buy? we need to get like 100 tires or so to get the best deal.

by the way, those 606s tires priced at $75 are already discounted, normal retail is in the $90, therefore...$55 will be a killer deal. i have to find out how much the rear 908s!

jim, i doubt whether we can get a deal on tkc, only you, i and a few are dual sport riders, the rest of the FFs have a beast on 908s between their legs...

I would also like a set of TKCs if you get enough interest in them for a discount. Are you going to set up a Paypal account for us to pay you? Or should we just bring cash or checks on the next ride we see you?

Man, now I'm tempted to get those tires!
Would they even fit on mine?
Next time...

Currently no skid plate, and stuck on street-only tires until work starts up again.
