many times i'm thankful the FFs let me hang out with them

they made it look easy...

once more the dreaded sand...

h8sand....

thanks a lot jeff for sweeping and watching...

the 2smoker ran out of gas.. , and jeff got worried and turned around looking for us...

chris helping out

and full serve too....

i was tired and slow to think when we hit pavement...nOObs mistake...approaching the pavement sideway rather than square...duh

and ther result

and a spare clutch lever from dave

the day ended nicely (not for javier and chris) and as planned we got back to the truck by 5pm....

we finished off the day by rewarding ourselves with a delicious mexican dinner.. , thanks again nw; next time you're in rosamond, try this place (glad jeff lead us to this restaurant since we didn't know about it)

gr8 pix h8!

The reason I had no problems after that was that I turned the engine off and used the clutch to (try to) control the descent both feet to stay up when the bike kept descending uncontrolled by the locked up clutch/rear wheel.

You guys missed a great dinner, BEST MEXICAN FOOD EVER

Course the six crashes and repeated blows to the head and a little dehydration (note to self, when somebody offers you an extra water bottle, take it) might have affected my judgment. IF it was cardboard I would have eaten it happily and raved about it being the best cardboard I ever had. IT was pretty good though.

I was surprised that only two of us manned up enough to order real drinks though. Beer NW? Real men drink strawberry margaritas you sissy.

My ankle's killing me, I'm Mr. gimpy today. Joel how's the ribs?

I forgot to mention one little thing, I had planed to get up at 4:45 to go and meet h8, but I woke up for no real reason at 4:20

It was a clear sign: Are you fucking high going on this ride? Always pay attention to the flashbacks...

h8sand.... Hypnotize yourself and repeat I love sand, I love sand, I love deep sand because it makes my right wrist twist on the trottle.

Don't worry it's the bike that got tired and needed the nap.

i was tired and slow to think when we hit pavement...nOObs mistake...approaching the pavement sideway rather than square...duh

and a spare clutch lever from dave

I hope that is the only damage and no body part underneath fell victim.
