all the dirt roads are from easy to medium, nothing tuff. i will be on the gs1200 and you know how bad of a rider i am...

this will be the best time to do this while the condition is great.
I just got the R1150GS on the road and might be up for this ride!!! It did good on todays ride so I am ready to give it the full test!

Question Welder?

Hi gang. Is there anyone here who can weld? The right passenger footpeg broke off the sub-frame from too many drops and finally broke off at DVDaze. I need to get this fixed before going on anymore rides. Thanks in advance for your replies.

Thanks Joel!

LOL. Thanks for the offer Joel. But I don't even trust myself! With my luck I'll burn a hole into the frame!

My next bike is going to either be a 400 for the trails or a larger bike to cruise around 2-up with my ladyfriend. Perhaps a wee-strom.

If it's like mine it should be a piece-o-cake, even for a beginner.

Rich,
Today is your lucky day I can help with at least one of your requests. I have a 220v mig welder and should be able to fix your peg, and I have a wee-strom for sale (make me an offer it is equipped with gaurds, skidplate and handlebar as upgrades otherwise stock
(-4200 mi total), you're one of the few to have seen me ride it, you know I treated like my baby, don't forget to add that to your offer).

I'm just down the 405 in dana pt call me 949-370-0856. If you the welding quick I can do this anytime after 6:30p this week.
