I went up Cottonwood, down Sierra Madre, and Colson Canyon road last September no problem. If you haven't done that yet, you'd like it. It's all easy fire roads, but there's maybe 5-6 creek crossings on Colson. After all these storms, they'll be *ahem* interesting. I want to think that's all still open right now. You can bet West Camino will be closed from the Gap fire--just like Texas Canyon after that big scorcher. Don't keep track of the road numbers--who can? I went through East Camino in December, and that's open for sure. Gibraltar Road had a "Road Closed" sign from the Monteceito fire, but me and everybody else went around it. That was on a Sunday.

now you made me reconsider my plan....the recent rain and more rain this week and next surely put a pause in our riding frequency.

Hi Mike. Your right side peg broke off also? My broke off clean, left two holes in the sub-frame.

yeah, it looks like the welds were not very well penetrated into the adjacent substrates.. It's more like the welds were just laid on top.. kinda like what they call a "BIRDTURD" in the trade!
