Missed last weekend's ride. I did the Cedric Ride http://www.advrider.com/forums/showt...337748&page=16

Just wished some of you went, but I have to agree Father's Day is more important.

Ok, this Sat we can do local, maybe just half a day. If you have something better, let's go for it.

On the 28th, we're still good for Gorman, just have to decide where to camp.

In for Gorman also, but just for the day on Saturday. It's my son's 15th birthday on Friday, & he wants to ride. We've got a bunch of green stickered XRs.

Meet up at Sunland Starbuck's on Foothill around 7:30AM.

We can do Lynx and Mt. Pacifico, then head home via SCD to Little T.

Do the Mt. Pacifico and SCD reverse route this time to make it different and interesting.

I'm open to other ideas.

+1 luv2race

With the price of gas being so high. What do think about a rider/bike transportation endeavor. Pile bikes in a large toy hauler, bus, or whatever and run riders and toys to the ride, then return to starting point.

Snack and chow and cold ones for the riders during the trip back! Anybody have an brewery connections? "Biking with Bud" "Hauling with Heiney"

I want to see more dirt up there!

Saddleback when it re-opens. Until then, it's the back side, 30 Mi. south to Ortega, east to the divide and into the hills from there. Otherwise I truck the bike to starting points and truck home. Big Bear last week was my first ride that far on the freeway. A$$ was killing me by the end of the day. I would love to hook up with the LA Weekend Ride, but it's too much (and too dangerous) freeway to get there on the bike. I guess you can say I'm a WUSS! I WILL make this ride soon though.
