Glued on some high density foam.

Comparing the seat to my recent day trip to Big Bear it is an improvment but needs some softer foam over the high density stuff.

I have learned that editing 2 hours of Video takes quite a bit of time. Also my computer does not seem to be able to handle that much data. Probably need to add more memory and maybe a better video card.

It turns out that dust collects on the lens of the camera:

This causes some strange optical effects when the direct sunlight hits the lens (more noticable in the second video). When pointed away from the sun or in shade the dust just causes a little loss of resolution.

Anyway here are the videos.

On the way home, my glasses spontaneously broke inside my goggles. I always carry a spare pair of glasses. I fixed them with a little duct tape.

hi randy, i find the low seat great if i'm looking for the ground. i had one on my gs and got rid of it. on long rides, higher seat improves the ergo and become very important; yeah, my knees are relaxed and i don't get the cramped anymore.

give us your feed back afterwards....

So in all this confusion

of seats and rides etc etc what are the specifics of the ride and shoot.

More like:

What date
Shooting Range Name and Address

I wont ride but maybe I will bring out the hardware for an impromtu training class if I am available that weekend.

No, I wont bring a class 3 weapon to the range, dont even ask....

Well, it's a KTM, so I'm guessing Water pump, Fuel Pump, Piston, rings, Valves, 2 or 3 ECU's, a AAA card and a Black Amex "just in case"

Thanks. I was not planning on doing any more from this ride. I did not get anything really exciting unless you like watching Joel and other guys at the slow end pass me . I realize now that I should have done is put the helmet cam on the guys who rode up the hill at Sawmill. It goes on the goggle strap so it would have been easy enough. It'll take a while to learn how to use it to best advantage.

Here was my very first video at Wildomar OHV are in the Cleveland National Forrest about 2 weeks ago. At the time I was just testing how the different mounts work.
